  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • The withdrawal process is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

  • jw777 reserves the right to hold and investigate withdrawals if any suspicious activity is detected.

Transaction Cancellations & Refunds

A deposit that is already being processed generally cannot be cancelled. A withdrawal request may be cancelled before processing begins. If an erroneous transaction occurs due to a technical error, please contact the support team.

Welcome Bonus

New members at jw777 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
  • Deposit ৳26,000 or more and the bonus is capped at ৳15,000 — total balance ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

  • A specific time limit is set for completing the wagering requirements.
  • Certain games or bet types may not count toward wagering calculations.
  • Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.

General Terms for Promotional Offers

  • Each promotion applies once only and is subject to specific conditions.
  • If artificial activity is detected for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits, the bonus will be cancelled.

  • Odds may change after an event has started.

  • For information on actual clubs, players, or fixtures, refer to official sports organization sources.
  • Involvement in match-fixing or any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure.

7. Prohibited Activities

What Is Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited at jw777. The platform reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit the balance for any violation:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Placing artificial bets (arbitrage, bonus abuse) or taking advantage through multiple accounts for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
  • Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
  • Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or attempting a cyberattack.
  • Harassing other users or attempting to damage the platform's reputation.

Reasons for Account Suspension

jw777 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

  • If a violation of the terms is suspected or confirmed.

  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Balance of a Suspended Account
